Accurate, reproducible patient positioning is a precondition for any precise radiotherapy. When the pose used at planning CT simulation cannot be repeated at every fraction, the planned dose distribution diverges from the delivered one. Orfit's immobilisation systems address exactly this: they hold the patient in the same position throughout the treatment course.

AIO — the modular all-in-one system
AIO (All-In-One) is a modular platform covering positioning for every anatomical region with one shared set of baseplates and indexed accessories. Instead of separate systems for head and neck, breast and pelvis, the department maintains a single set — simpler logistics in the room and fewer setup errors.

Thermoplastic materials
Thermoplastic masks are moulded directly on the patient at low temperature and hold their shape once cooled. Orfit's materials are non-stick and low-shrinkage — it matters that a mask does not tighten further after moulding, because that would change the position between simulation and treatment.
